Depending on your progress during the onboarding, we may hold the following information about you:

  • Information about your knowledge and experience in investing, including your financial situation, personal goals and investment focus;

  • Your password, which is cyphered for security reasons;

  • Your personal details (title, name, gender, marital status, date of birth, phone number, address, tax information, nationality and financial details);

  • Your bank details and transfer information (deposits and withdrawals).

As part of our regulatory checks, we may collect some personal documents to verify your identity. This can also be the case when you want to update your profile.

When you visit our platforms, we automatically gather information about your device such as your IP address, browser type and operating system. We also use cookies to identify you and customise your user experience.

Any communication between you and our team, either on the phone, by email, in writing, through our platforms or on social media, is recorded.
