In order to withdraw funds, select the "Transfers" tab at the top right-hand of the landing page and then select the portfolio you wish to withdraw from.

When on the Transfers page, click "Withdrawals" tab, where you will then be asked whether you would like to make a partial or full withdrawal. 

To request a partial withdrawal, you then need to enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Please note that you must maintain a minimum portfolio balance of £5,000. Therefore, you cannot partially withdraw an amount that brings your portfolio balance to less than £5,000.

For example, if your portfolio balance is £8,000, the maximum partial withdrawal you can make is £3,000. If you would like to withdraw any more than £3,000, you will be required to make a full withdrawal, ultimately closing down your portfolio.

The money you want to withdraw will be deducted from your portfolio and sent back to the bank account associated with your Exo profile.

Please note that it can take up to five business days for the money to reach your bank account.
