In order to add funds to your portfolio, you need to set up a bank transfer.
When on the dashboard of your Exo account, scroll down to find your portfolio and click "Transfers". The bank details of our custodian WBS and the reference of your portfolio will then appear.
Copy and paste this information directly from the platform to your banking app to avoid any mistake when setting up the transfer.
Please note that money transfers must come from the bank account associated with you Exo profile and that it can take up to three business days to match your deposit as we perform additional bank verifications.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the process is completed.
